1 large round slice of watermelon (about 1-inch thick)
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons of shredded unsweetened coconut
A few fresh mint leaves for garnish
Directions
Lay the slice of watermelon on a cutting board or large plate.
